Summer Days Smoothie

This stunner of a smoothie ticks all the boxes! It's got the taste, the look and most importantly all the good stuff like protein and good fats, it's antioxidant rich and with the inclusion of some wonderful herbal powders it really is a superfood smoothie!

 

How to make the berry jam swirl | Blitz together 1 cup of frozen organic berries with 1-2 tbsp chia seeds and a little water to loosen (if needed).

 

How to make the smoothie | 

 

Ingredients

 

200ml filtered water, coconut water or nut milk 

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

 

1 tbsp unhealed tahini

1 tbsp unsweetened yoghurt

1 date

8 cashews 

1 scoop of clean protein powder

1/2 tsp shatavari powder (optional)

1/2 tsp withania powder (optional)

1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)

 

Method

Blitz smoothie ingredients together in blender until smooth. Add some berry jam to the bottom of a serving glass. Pour over smoothie and enjoy! Xx
